I remember these girls in my english class [way back in highschool] wrote their "I am" poems about being emo. You know, you were supposed write sumin like, "I am strong, I am unique, blah blah, I am creative, I am -insert name here-" Well, they were just like,

"I am emo. I am brittany."


I thought they were saying ELMO like the red puppet. lo and behold the phenomenon has ran amuck. Especially on myspace. The hair. THE HAIR. You know. dyed black and in the face. plus if you're really scene you'll bleach one big streak.

YTMND had this hilarious fad when this myspace emo kid committed suicide with that song that goes "HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN TO ME? I MADE MY MISTAKES," etc etc. so in honor of that ---
